**Role and Responsibilities** We are looking for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM - Windchill) functional analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and supporting the functional requirements of our organization's PLM system and users. **Responsibilities**: Reporting to a manager of Global Hardware Engineering, as the PLM Functional Analyst, your main tasks would include but are not limited to: - Supporting users from various departments with their PLM inquiries, such as nomenclature, standards, and business processes - Responsible for maintaining proper engineering documentation and standards - Meeting with stakeholders to understand their PLM needs and requirements, and gathering input and feedback on the current PLM system - Analyzing the functional requirements of the PLM system, including identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement - Collaborating with the PLM development team to ensure that the technical specifications are implemented correctly and meet the needs of the organization - Providing ongoing support and assistance to the PLM development team, including troubleshooting any technical issues and making recommendations for improvements - Monitoring the performance and functionality of the PLM system, and making any necessary updates or improvements to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently - Training users on how to use the PLM system, and providing ongoing support and guidance as needed - A diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience - Continual Adaptability - Experience with business process analysis and support - Desire to learn and develop their knowledge - Bilingualism in both French and English is required - Ability to obtain Controlled Goods Canada and ITAR security clearance **CAE offers**: - An environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued. - The opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a multidisciplinary team. - A flexible schedule. - Possibility of telework. - Attractive benefits.
