**Duties**:
- Perform a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, customized to meet each client's desires.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their hair needs and provide expert recommendations for suitable hairstyles.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their salon experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe salon environment by regularly sanitizing tools, workstations, and equipment.
- Enhance the client experience by promoting and upselling salon products and services.
- Foster effective communication with team members and clients to facilitate appointment scheduling and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and greeting clients warmly.
**Experience**:
- Demonstrated expertise in hair styling, including proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to effectively promote and upsell salon products and services.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficient in maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment through regular tool sanitization and cleanliness protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling smooth interaction with team members and clients.
- Previous experience in front desk operations is advantageous.
We offer a competitive wage ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, guaranteed for the first three months, along with a commission structure starting at 50%. + Additionally, we provide extensive education and classes supported by Schwarzkopf to support your professional development.
