**About Us**:
We are a small, privately owned company based in London, Ontario, specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of electronic devices for energy management and control systems.

**Position: Electronic Assembler**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an _**Electronic Assembler**_. This full-time position (37.5 hours/week) involves a variety of tasks related to electronic manufacturing, including assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will assist with production preparation tasks, such as tracking component inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and test electronic components and devices
- Calibrate and troubleshoot electronic systems
- Perform inventory management and production preparation activities
- Maintain accurate production notes and reports

**Education & Training**:

- High school diploma required; additional college, CEGEP, or vocational/technical training is an asset
- No specific certifications required—comprehensive training provided by Elkor Technologies

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Capable of writing short reports and maintaining clear production documentation

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and creative problem-solver
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic circuits, tools, and equipment
- Strong manual dexterity with attention to detail
- Familiarity with hand tools, such as soldering equipment, drills, and heat guns
- Experience with small device assembly, including manual soldering (THD and SMD), is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other PC-based tools

- Strong attention to detail and high precision in completing tasks
