We are now hiring a Shift Leader at our District location in Calgary, Alberta. We are looking for driven, hard working individuals that are thinking about a career in hospitality and looking to get started on a path to restaurant management.

This role will be a mix of hourly serving/bartending and shift leading.  A shift leader is a member of the team that is responsible for managing a shift, holding our standards high, and helping the management team move our business forward. Our shift leaders are an integral part of our team and are the stepping stone to a career in restaurant management.

What You’ll Do
- Have clear and proper communication between Servers, Bartenders and Management
- Ensure that each guest is taken care of in a high volume setting
- Create long lasting impressions that adhere to the CENTRAL standard
- Take accountability and responsibility with your daily tasks

What You've Done:

- 1 year of restaurant experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
