**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their development through engaging educational activities. You will work closely with children, parents, and staff to ensure a safe and supportive learning atmosphere that encourages growth and exploration.
**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Create a welcoming classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all children.
- Engage with children in play-based learning activities to enhance their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom setting in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive teaching approach that benefits all students.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
- Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication and involvement in classroom activities.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- A background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to connect with children of various ages.
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques to create an effective learning environment.
- Ability to educate and inspire young minds.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
