Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Follow and comply with all warehouse policies and procedures
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions within our inventory management systems
- Inventory management and control
- Manage the delivery and recovery of all packages through the use of various couriers/carriers as per shipping instructions
- Follow safety practices and maintain consistent housekeeping practices in the warehouse and at off-site locations
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain various issues with the small tools, light equipment, and other rental items
- Complete the required paperwork and record keeping associated with maintenance and repairs
- Manage and maintain the condition of the tool trailer
- Related duties as necessary for the accomplishment of the position
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Professional Experience
- Previous general and manual labor experience, preferably in the equipment rental, construction, home improvement retail or light industrial markets
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse operations experience within the last 3 years
- Previous practical work experience operating hand-operated tools, gas powered tools and small industrial equipment.

Skills/Competencies
- Understands the importance of time management and the standards of operating procedures
- Read and comprehend owner's manuals and product/warning labels
- Ability to operate and manipulate assorted industrial and general tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work multiple shifts
- Ability to travel up to 40%
