**Job Title: Sales Representative**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to contractors, builders, architects, and other potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on construction products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of cladding and building envelope products is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
