**Responsibilities**:

- Provide complete and customized technical training to our clients. This training aims to ensure the optimal use of PolyWorks in designing and manufacturing processes
- Perform advanced demonstrations of our various software, tailored to the specific needs of our potential clients
- Provide technical assistance to our user community, suggesting different options and solutions to their metrological challenges
- Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions
- Contribute to various integration and personalization projects associated with the deployment of the company’s solution on our clients’ premises
- Be involved in internal initiatives related to the ongoing improvement of our services and processes
- Perform any other related task

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English (bilingualism is required)
- Able to travel to the Americas
- Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and design and manufacturing processes, an asset
