- Develop menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the cafeteria.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers to order food and supplies while managing inventory levels.
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste in food preparation.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a management role within the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Proven skills in customer service and hospitality, with an ability to create a positive dining atmosphere.
- Experience in menu planning and food preparation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
Pay: $17.41-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
