3D Max

**Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D renderings, models, and visualizations using 3ds Max (and related software).
- Develop interior design concepts from initial ideas to final presentations.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Prepare layouts, mood boards, and material selections.
- Ensure projects meet design, functionality, and aesthetic standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Autodesk 3ds Max (Corona, V-Ray or similar rendering engines a plus).
- Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, and color theory.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, or SketchUp (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D visualization work.
