**Maintenance & Set-up Technician - **A generalist, this role requires in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as proficiency suing a variety of basic tools and appliances. This role also necessitates strong problem-solving abilities and being able to communicate technical information in a clear and succinct manner.
- Skills and Qualifications_
- Experience in working with thermoforming equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and be in good physical health
- Ability to understand and follow all safety, quality, production specifications, and general instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn new software and processes
- Demonstrated machine troubleshooting or repair experience
- Prior maintenance experience in an industrial facility or equivalent experience
- Duties and Responsibilities_

1. Install tooling, set-up and commence the operation of thermoforming machines

2. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on thermoforming equipment

Work in non-climate-controlled environments, including hot and humid conditions

Power grip and wrist turn, including the use of hand tools and/or steering fork truck

Electrical: troubleshoot or replace industrial electrical components such as switches, contactors, fuses, motors, etc.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and equipment manuals

Clean equipment, tools, etc. and surrounding area between jobs.

8. Inspect and keep tooling clean, labeled and organized for storage.

9. Work on projects to improve safety, quality, and productivity

10. Devise and adhere to preventative maintenance schedules

11. Maintain a clean and safe workplace

Keep accurate and consistent records

**Salary**: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
