Demonstrator-operator (Multiple Locations)

**As a Demonstrator-Operator, YOU will experience**:

- Developing the ability to demonstrate and describe product features related to safety/productivity and daily service, working closely with the sales department scheduling with the customer. Include, developing training content according to established Caterpillar standards.
- Regularly traveling to multiple branch locations and customer worksites.
Between assignments, the trainer can prepare and research from the nearest branch or from their residence if it is suitable for office work.
- Providing orientation training material during product delivery to operators and or owners of new machines employing various multimedia material.

**In a typical day, YOU will**:

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience as an operator is preferred
- A variety of industry experiences along with Common Core is a plus
- Ability to lead proactively under challenging situations
- Ability to travel and open to new experiences
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Passport
- Bilingual
- High school diploma
- Communication skills are essential. In order to convey knowledge, the demonstrator/trainer must be attentive and focused on the group.
