Wyndale Paving is searching for a Dozer Operator to join our company. The Operator must be efficient in operating a Dozer performing fine grading and the capability to do so using a GPS and manually.

**This position is to start immediately**. We are a **Non**-**Union** company.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Operate the dozer and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
- Complete minor maintenance and complete daily inspection reports for equipment
- Follow directions of ground crew and supervisors
- Ensures the machines are cleaned and maintained daily
- Keep work area and yard organized and tidy
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 5 years experience operating a dozer
- Valid drivers license and own transportation
- Ability to operate other types of heavy equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate orally
- Strong work ethic
