The Manoir Royal St Eustache is a private residence for the elderly. We are looking for a beneficiary attendant to join our dynamic team
**:
We are looking for someone who is very caring and has the happiness of our residents at heart. Come work with us
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
- Answering call bells
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents' family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)
- In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity.
- Respond to all emergency situations
- Transporting residents to programs, dining room and appointments within the Residence
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
- Know Symo software (an advantage)
- Flexibility for the work schedule
