Now we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Motel Manager to join our team in Hope, BC.

Requires a full time／permanent, **Motel Manager** responsibilities include front desk business, marketing, maintenance and update of reservation website, sales and promotion of positive feedbacks. The basic maintenance and repair of motel's facilities and equipment, the linen kitchen, conference room, yard, laundry room, linen washing, sorting and other work.

Required education:

- High school or equivalent

Required experience:

- Customer/Guest Relations: 10 years

Required language:

- English

Note: This job involves some night work and weekend coverage, and **married couple** is preferred. We **will **offers free villa accommodation at the back of the office.

The Roles
- Maintaining an efficient, friendly and professional service to our guests
- Manage marketing including online booking systems
- Directly supervise and work in all facets of the motel
- Prepare monthly reports and financial transactions for the owners
- Basic Motel maintenance skill is required for this position

- Applicant must be able to establish positive rapport with staff and guests
- Be passionate about customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English is essential.

**Salary**: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
