This critical role requires advanced technical software experience, preferably as the owner of a customer database or similar tool, combined with soft-skills to support users, liaise with stakeholders and support initiatives reliant on “Connect” across the business. The Connect Supervisor manages one Connect Coordinator.

The Connect Supervisor is regularly responsible for:

- “Connect” Database software management, which includes: planning, testing and rolling out technical changes, process improvements, user guides and documentation, troubleshooting
- User training, which spans internal and external audiences and may be delivered both virtually and in-person
- Coordinating and collaborating with the North American Customer Care Centre (call centre) on topics related to “Connect”, which is used as a customer support reference guide
- Providing data analysis and reporting on “Connect” usage, as well as leveraging Power BI for business reporting on related customer performance areas

This role can be fulfilled partially remotely. Some in-person attendance will be required for onboarding and user training at our offices at 200 Granville Street.

**Experience**:
