**Retail Sales Associate**

GTA Vapes is a family owned and operated leading retail vape shop with multiple locations in and around the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic problem solver with a passion for delivering a great customer experience to join our team.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Greet customers upon arrival.
- Check Government Issued Identification (19+).
- Deliver a great customer experience through excellent product knowledge and educate new clientele.
- Maintain store cleanliness/organization as well as adhering to Health Canada (Covid-19) guidelines.
- Operate POS System, Debit and Credit, as well as handling cash with accuracy.
- Support management team with inventory, reporting, and sales.
- Maintain store displays and merchandise.
- Execute various store opening and closing tasks.
- Stay up to date on product features through training.
- Flexible in terms of working hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced vaping knowledge is an asset.
- Prior customer service experience and sales is an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and proven ability to understand customer needs.
- Effective listening skills.
- Fluent in Russian language is an asset.

**Schedule**:
2/3 days per week

Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) Shifts

**Salary**:
$15.50 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Full-Time scheduled shifts - must be flexible
- Company paid training.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
