**Host/Hostess - Join Our Team**

Are you passionate about delivering a memorable dining experience? We’re looking for a dedicated, upbeat, and organized Host/Hostess to be the face of our restaurant As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Welcome & Seat Guests**: Greet everyone with a smile, manage seating efficiently, and make each guest feel special.
- **Customer Service**: Interact warmly with guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure a fantastic dining experience from start to finish.
- **Reservations & Coordination**: Handle TOCK and phone reservations, manage guest flow, and communicate special requests to the team.
- **Dining Area & Cleanliness**: Keep our space looking fabulous, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- **Support the Team**: Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to keep operations running smoothly.

**What You Bring**:

- **People Skills**: You love connecting with people and are a natural communicator.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with MS Office Suite, and experience with POS (especially TouchBistro) is a bonus.
- **Physical Readiness**: Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds when needed - you’re flexible and ready to jump in
- **Experience & Education**: 2-3 years in a similar role is ideal. High school diploma required; Serve It Right and Food-Safe Certifications are pluses

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
