Tech In A Tux is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commission Sales Associate to join our team. We are a dynamic and innovative technology company that offers a range of services, including efficient and affordable PC building, repair, refurbishing, optimization, and consulting. Our mixed business model allows us to provide excellent technology services to everyone regardless of their financial position, by taking donations for our tech services and payment for our web services like website design, development, and hosting.

As a Commission Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and developing sales opportunities for our technology services. You will work closely with our team to offer personalized and customer-centric services to meet the unique needs of each client. You will work remotely and have the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their technology needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure timely delivery of services and exceptional customer experience.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Knowledge of the technology industry and services offered by Tech In A Tux is a plus.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with potential for growth and advancement within the company. The commission rate is competitive and will be based on your experience and performance. As you grow and develop your client base, there is potential for the commission-based role to turn into a full-time salaried position.
