As the go-to Water Treatment/U-Fill stores in Ontario, Water Depot has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Sales and Service Manager, reporting to and working in close collaboration with the Water Depot Newmarket Management Team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by working with existing and prospective customers.
- Perform water analysis and product demonstrations to help customers find tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the outside sales team and head office to generate and follow up on leads.
- Ensure sales targets and monthly goals are met or exceeded.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and product availability.
- Ensure accurate handling of store finances, including deposits and sales transactions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date on industry trends.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the water treatment industry or retail sector.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role is a strong asset.
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset.
- A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and management skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical aspects of water treatment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a focus on customer service and business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Water Treatment: 1 year (preferred)
