Inside Sales Rep

**Responsibilities**:
- Makes outgoing calls to a large number of potential clients each day. Goal is up to 60 customer contacts per day
- Determines if customers are interested in our company offerings
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Input data, manage and maintain existing CRM System with call data
- Routes all successful inquiries to the correct sales rep for follow up
- Support with day to day quoting for customers
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant issues
- Preparing and sending quotes for Outside Sales Reps
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Answering all inbound phone calls to main line
- Assist walk-in customers and ensure high level of customer service
- Ensuring current promotions and best pricing is applied to quotation
- Review pending orders and specific client requests to ensure excellent customer experience
- Responsible for answering customer inquiries and scheduling meetings with customers about their order status
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Record trends/analogous data sets based on past successes in order to create more accurate forecasts, so the company is able offer better service going forward
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
**Education & Experience**
- 2-5 years of inside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
- Computer proficiency is a must. Working experience with Microsoft Office Products or related software
- Experience navigating sales cycles, handling objections, and articulating value propositions to customers
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
