What you will be doing:

- Developing and executing test plans and test scenarios to identify software problems
- Documenting software defects, using a bug tracking system, and reporting defects to software developers
- Investigating user-reported problems, reproducing the problem, and identifying possible solutions
- Developing and running automated test scripts and tools
- Reviewing system requirements and prepare test plans accordingly
- Monitoring and providing feedback on system performance

What knowledge, skills and abilities we are looking for:

- Knowledge of software testing tools, practices, and processes
- Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, including C#, Java, Visual Basic, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues
- Ability to develop test plans and strategies
- Ability to write test cases and scripts
- Ability to document and report test results
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with bug tracking and reporting tools, such as JIRA and Bugzilla
