**Sommaire du poste**

Le poste consiste à être responsable de la coordination des projets imprimés. La personne assure le bon déroulement de toutes les étapes des projets qui lui sont confiés : gestion des échéanciers, suivis des étapes de production, suivi avec les clients et autres ressources internes.

La complexité des projets varie en fonction de l’expérience du chargé de projets (ex : impression sur boite, grand format, distribution postale et création graphique, etc.)

**Les responsabilités**
- Évaluer la faisabilité projets proposés par les vendeurs ou les clients et rassembler toutes les informations pour soumettre à l'estimation ;
- Relancer le client suite à l’envoi de l’estimé par l’équipe d’estimation ;
- Collaborer avec le service à la clientèle pour le suivi des projets non retenus ;
- Ouvrir les projets dans le système Logicom ;
- Participer et animer le processus de préproduction pour s’assurer du bon déroulement des opérations pour toutes les étapes de production (graphisme, prépresse, impression, finition, expédition, etc.);
- Recueillir et diffuser l’information nécessaire pour la bonne réalisation des projets sous sa responsabilité ;
- Coordonner la mise en production avec le directeur de production ;
- Valider et suivre les échéanciers ;
- Faire le lien entre le client et l’équipe interne tout au long du processus et s’assurer que le livrable répond bien aux attentes (référer au service à la clientèle ou au directeur des ventes en cas d’insatisfaction);
- Coordination des sous-traitants (articles promotionnels, formule continuelle)
- Transmettre les informations à la comptabilité pour que la facture soit émise adéquatement ;
- Suivre les paiements pour les commandes « payables sur livraison »;
- Créer des procédures et les mettre à jour (ex : les différents bin de commandes ou pratique interdépartementales) ;
- Effectuer du classement et de l’archivage de dossiers.

Responsabilités Sr (complexes):

- Gérer la préparation postale ;
- Produire des offres de service pour Oratek360 ;
- Gérer des projets de grand format (complexe) ;
- Faire des montages simples pour estimations et devis de projets web;
- Soutenir le département d’estimation.

Autres tâches:

- Produire des estimations de projets non complexes pour supporter les débordements ;
- Prendre et diriger les appels lorsque la réceptionniste n’est pas en mesure de le faire ;

- Archivage : pourrait être confié à autres ressources administratives

**Formation et expérience recherchées**
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en gestion de projets ou formation en graphisme, un atout ;
- Connaissance de l’industrie de l’imprimerie : chaine graphique et d’impression ;
- Très grand sens de l’organisation, souci du détail et capacité à communiquer ;
- Capacité à gérer divers délais à la fois, avec des échéances serrées.
