**Job Overview**

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Field Crew Workers to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in exterior renovations and repairs, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with roofing, siding, fascia board, and window/door installation and repairs.
- Safely operate hand and power tools related to exterior construction work.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring job sites are clean and organized.
- Follow project blueprints, work orders, and instructions from supervisors.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform other general labor and construction tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Experience in construction, roofing, siding, or exterior renovations is an asset but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Safety certifications (e.g., Fall Protection, WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset.

**Tools Required**
- Basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, utility knife, chalk line)
- Cordless drill and impact driver
- Tin snips and aviation snips
- Speed square and carpenter’s pencil
- Pry bar and nail puller
- Level (torpedo and 4-foot)
- Tool belt and pouches
- Work gloves and safety glasses
- Hard hat and steel-toe boots (CSA approved)

Pay: $28.86-$35.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Schooling in Carpentry: 1 year (required)
