**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Identify technical requirements and dependencies, ensuring a clear understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
- Leverage your technical background to understand and communicate project requirements, constraints, and technical challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on technology solutions, architecture, and design decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and provide guidance to maintain alignment with project goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and project plans.
- Implement quality control processes to verify that project deliverables meet technical and functional requirements.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or *equivalent in experience
- Proven experience (4+ years) in IT project management with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, or a related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically in complex technical environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
