We are a women lead, boutique Procurement Consulting and B2B Marketplace provider. Virtually located in Durham Region we serve customers across Canada and the US. We are seeking a professional, resourceful, team-oriented **Customer Success Specialist **to provide advanced customer, sales and marketing support to our SMB customers. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and deliver a high level of excellence.
The **Customer Success Specialist, **fanatically focused on customers, will lead the charge to create an exceptional customer experience and drive exponential growth and expansion of ProcureHub from launch through expansion across Canada, US and globally.
You will work with and report directly to the CEO and will provide expertise and support in the areas of:
- Marketing and brand strategy traditional and digital.
- Content creation and management of digital assets (graphics, copywriting, articles, newsletter, news, events).
- Optimize and manage social media channels and profiles; LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, Google.
- Develop paid campaigns and facilitate media buys, manage analytics and identify actionable insights to refine and focus campaigns on high ROI channels.
- Customer outreach, lead generation and onboarding new customers on to ProcureHub B2B marketplace through the use of various inbound and outbound strategies.
- Create/update monthly scorecard and track performance against goals including financial, marketing, sales and other performance metrics (Social, Google etc.)
- Develop and maintain marketing budget including Ad spend and ROI.
- Monitor and report on website analytics.

This position is a PART-TIME, virtual, hybrid, work-from-home position, however, you will be required to attend meetings in person 1-2 days per week.
With a focus on outcomes, the hours are flexible, allowing for tasks to be completed throughout the week during core business hours from 9am to 4pm. To start hours will be approximately 15-20 hours a week, however we anticipate the potential for quickly evolving into a fill-time position with greater future earning potential including benefits, bonuses and share options.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary certificate or degree required in related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a related field
- Experience in developing marketing and branding strategies
- Experience using a CRM platform; preference given to AgileCRM, ZOHO CRM, Salesforce an asset.
- Experience using Social Media and management tools; Hootsuite, ZOHO Social or equivalent an asset
- Experience developing and facilitating paid ad campaigns through all primary digital channels; LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, Youtube
- Ability to perform analysis and formulate actionable insights and recommendations based on those analytics
- Experience implementing “Bulls Eye” methodology an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills required, as well as excellent attention to accuracy and detail
- Proven ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Must own a laptop and cell phone (BYOD)
- High degree of dedication, integrity and honesty.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excited by technology and tech startups
