**Duties**
- Cut, trim, wrap and prepare various types of meat according to specifications.
- Ensure all meat products are packaged properly for display and sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat cutting area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers with their meat selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations.
- Work out freezer and deli stock as needed

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Proficient in food handling techniques and knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in meat preparation or as a butcher.
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various meat cutting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in food preparation.
