Our Eastern division of Skretting, under the Nutreco brand, we are looking for a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Technician to join our team in St. Andrews, New Brunswick.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting and coordinating the orders and activities of the Maintenance Department through effective communication and by implementing various policies and procedures. As a member of the Maintenance team, this position will assist other team members in their duties to ensure the timely delivery of information, parts, data, and service that allow Skretting to meet the needs of production.
- Serve as Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database developer for MP2; gather and administer information for asset creation; create new asset records; create new numbers, codes, and descriptions; delete unused numbers and records; create loop numbers and loop tag numbers; create and delete preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain CMMS database for assigned function or program area; maintain system codes, asset information, master loop and loop tag numbers, preventive maintenance schedules, service requests, and work order histories.
- Create Purchase Orders, order parts, and follow up with suppliers on deliveries/discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory control system for spare parts within CMMS program; verify inventories with physical counts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly, and other reports as required and requested; develop and run Excel spreadsheets and queries.
- Participate in reinvention related projects; create new records; coordinate with other staff and consultants on diagrams, area reconciliation and quality assurance/quality control spreadsheets; rectify any discrepancies in the field.
- Develop and provide training on systems and procedures.
- Evaluate updates; create new information screens; make changes to existing screens; assist in review other software packages.
- Perform related duties as required.
