**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently to perform masonry tasks.
- Construct, repair, and maintain structures made of brick, block, stone, or concrete.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Restore and renovate existing masonry structures while adhering to quality standards.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal safety and that of team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in masonry work with a strong understanding of building techniques.
- Proficiency in using both power tools and hand tools relevant to the masonry trade.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Strong physical stamina; must be able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during construction or renovation projects.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
