**What is the opportunity?**

RBC Capital Markets Global Investment Banking division is seeking an Analyst to join its Global Energy Investment Banking Team. The Global Energy Investment Banking team provides corporate finance and advisory services to leading clients in the global energy and energy transition sectors. This position is a unique opportunity to develop a broad financial skillset and gain exposure to an evolving industry that must meet society’s growing demand for energy while achieving a net zero future. This role is intended for individuals who wish to build a long term career in Investment Banking with a market leading franchise and global platform.

**What will you do?**
- Lead the execution of equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory assignments
- Develop and hone an analytical skillset through real world transaction experience
- Gain exposure and insight into the global capital markets
- Work directly with senior levels of Canada’s largest and fastest growing companies
- Build a long term career in Investment Banking
