**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support clients with medication administration as per prescribed guidelines.
- Assist individuals with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in senior care, dementia care, hospice care, or working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient care and home care practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the needs of clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a plus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
