The Role of IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager
The Manager, IT Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) is responsible for the delivery of all IT infrastructure and related IT operations used to enable capabilities and services across The Group of Companies. The Manager of I&O brings current knowledge and future vision for transforming the I&O function including its strategy, service offerings, and workforce. As a key member of the IT leadership team, this role contributes to the development and execution of our IT strategy across The Company, ensuring alignment between I&O and the overall IT Strategy.
In this role you will be responsible for;
- Operational excellence - running and monitoring systems to achieve value. Important topics include automating changes, responding to events, and defining

standards to manage daily operations.
- Cost optimization - manage department expenditure with vendors and remove dependencies where material costs can be saved by renegotiating

or resourcing with internal employees.
- Security - build security operational capacity by combining human capital, outsourcing providers, and tools. Lead security programs to improve the company's
- Policies and procedures - improving processes by using a balance between automation, risk management and compliance.
- Modernized IT Infrastructure
- modernize our infrastructure that allows access to the company's resources as it is imperative to protect business-critical
