Top-Tier Painting is a small business specializing in residential and commercial painting in Georgina, Newmarket, Aurora, and the surrounding GTA.

Job Overview:
Duties Include:

- Preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, filling and sanding them
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients ensuring satisfaction
- Following safety guidelines and using protective gear when required
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and/or scaffolding to reach high areas
- Utilize time management skills to meet project deadlines

Qualifications:

- A minimum 3 years of experience in residential painting is required
- Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in painting projects
- Knowledge of drywall repair techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable mode of transportation to travel to job sites located within Newmarket, Aurora and the surrounding GTA.
- Working at heights certified

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- painting: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
