Server/assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in providing excellent guest service
- Set up and clean tables before and after guests are seated
- Prepare and deliver beverages and bread to tables
- Assist with meal preparation, such as portioning salads or desserts
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Clear dirty dishes and utensils from tables
- Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from servers and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month
