Guest Services Representative

Our Guest Services Representative will:
Check in and check out guests in friendly and professional manner

Will be responsible for answering phones and taking reservations, making modifications to existing reservations.

Posting charges to guest folios.

Will be responsible for a front desk shift float and deposit.

Have the ability to communicate with other departments within the hotel structure (housekeeping, kitchen etc.)

Perform other tasks as deemed appropriate by manager on duty within the scope of the front desk operation.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
