Overview:
Are you interested in precision measurement equipment? Do you want to work with a 3D design and manufacturing software product? Are you known for your thoroughness? We are looking for someone like you Join our team as a metrology technician specialized in CNC CMM.

In collaboration with software developers and managers of fixed 3D acquisition equipment (CNC CMM), you will perform various tasks related to monthly regression and function tests on a wide variety of equipment and accessories, in addition to being assigned to the management and handling of these equipment, as well as their associated controllers and computer stations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sporadic or regression tests on fixed 3D acquisition equipment (CMM CNC) when launching new software versions
- Write semi-automated tests (in MSCL, PolyWorks® scripting language)
- Attempt to replicate problems in collaboration with developers; help them expand hands-on testing of new features based on the CMM CNC equipment fleet
- Ensure inventory tracking and maintenance of available equipment and accessories
- Carry out comparative tests with other software available on the market

Qualifications:

- Possess a Diploma of College Studies (DCS/DEC) or an Attestation of College Studies (ACS/AEC) in mechanical engineering techniques, computer systems technology, information technology or another relevant field
- Demonstrate thoroughness and rigor
- Be comfortable with a wide variety of tasks and demonstrate flexibility regarding the nature of these tasks
- Shows good learning and communication skills
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, autonomy, and an excellent sense of collaboration
- Have an intermediate level knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Possess basic programming knowledge, an asset
- Knowledge of PolyWorks or other 3D metrology software, an asset
- Be available to work in the office full-time
