**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu, including dietary restrictions and food safety information.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and kitchen as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any issues that may arise.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while adhering to company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
