Hotel Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Minimum 5 year(s) hotel sale experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize room and event space revenue.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other partners.
- Identify new business leads and maintain existing accounts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related functions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems is a plus.
