Queenston Tire St. Catharines has been in business for over 15 years and is one of the busiest tire shops in the Niagara Region. Our team works together to give the customer an exceptional experience.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Install and balance tires
- Tire swaps and rotations
- Tire repairs
- Perform tire maintenance: checking wear/tear, tire pressure, cleaning wheel hubs
- Reset TPMS according to procedures
- Assist all other team members so jobs get done efficiently and on time
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including tire cart
- Be punctual, reliable, hard working
- Work full-time hours with some overtime requirements during peak season.
- Perform any and all additional tasks given by Shop Foreman/Supervisor not outlined in this job description

**Education, skills and experience required to perform this job**
- Must have some experience with tires at tire or mechanical shop
- Able to learn and understand the shop procedures quickly
- Able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Ability to lift approximately 35-50 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- tire technician or auto mechanical: 1 year (required)
