**Production Line Worker**

Join Yoho Fine Water and become a member of a fast-growing consumer packaged good company. We produce naturally alkaline bottled water from the clean waters of Muskoka, Ontario for international distribution and have plans for future expansion

**Position Description**:
Responsible for efficient operation, troubleshooting of production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

**Production Line Worker Duties**:

- Ensure efficient operation of equipment on the production line as assigned.
- Ensure equipment is supplied with required materials (preforms, caps, labels, shrink wrap).
- Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs.
- Responsible for basic trouble shooting of production line, including starting and stopping equipment.
- Able to identify deficiencies within the production line and take or recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including break rooms and rest rooms.
- Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, company policies and procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 23 kilograms / 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for continuous periods, including 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts or required necessary hours
- Ability to grip, grasp, and squeeze materials, parts, hand tools, and products
- Ability to troubleshoot production-related problems
- Ability to visually identify and recognize material, part, and product defects.
- Ability to participate in job development training
- Have a positive attitude
- Be able to work independently and within a small team environment

**Experience and Education**
- High School diploma
- 2 years experience in manufacturing preferred
