**YOUR MISSION**

Reporting to the President and based at our headquarters in Boucherville, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring the performance of our marketing strategy. Your goal: to ensure the visibility and profitability of our brands by creating innovative and effective campaigns.

Specifically, you will:

- Develop a strategic marketing plan and manage its implementation with your team, while adhering to established budgets, deadlines, and calendars;
- Supervise and guide our marketing team, as well as external partners;
- Create impactful campaigns across various channels (web, radio, TV, billboards, etc.) to optimize our brand image;
- Participate in events to represent our company and influence brand perception;
- Provide regular analysis of market trends and identify new opportunities to boost our profitability;
- Manage the stock and supply of all promotional materials bearing our logo, ensuring it is always available and consistent with our brand image;
- Write press releases and follow up to ensure optimal media coverage;
- Support Spa Directors in developing attractive promotions and loyalty programs that will strengthen customer engagement, while contributing to the optimization of our pricing policy and sales performance.

**YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR US IF...**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Marketing, Advertising, Retail, or Digital Marketing. Any relevant combination of education and experience will be considered;
- You have 10 years of relevant experience in the field, including 3 years in a management role;
- You are fully bilingual, both spoken and written;
- You have experience in marketing and promoting high-end experiences and services, as well as digital marketing;
- You are familiar with advertising concepts (CPC, SEM, LOG, PEB) and comfortable using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, and Acrobat;
- You are organized, meticulous, and have a well-developed sense of humor ????
- You are a natural leader, ready to inspire and move your team forward.

**YOUR CONDITIONS**
- Permanent, full-time position (40 hours/week);
- Based at our headquarters in Boucherville (hybrid telecommuting possible);
- Hours: Monday to Friday.
