Rossdown Natural Foods is a rapidly expanding business which hosts a family friendly environment and reliable hours with many new job opportunities At Rossdown, we currently are seeking out a Full Time Customer Service Representative for our fast paced Warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional fashion by establishing and communicating priorities to the relevant internal departments.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with all third party carriers.
- Enter information with utmost attention to detail.
- Check inventory levels to assure availability.
- Daily invoicing - check for accuracy.
- Liaise with various departments (CSR Sales, Sales, Production, Warehouse, Finance, Management) to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings to work as a team to resolve issues.
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivated

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service
- Previous experience in a Warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems.
- Above average understanding of MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, telephone, data entry, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work 10AM to 6:30pm Monday to Friday. Every 2nd Saturday 6AM to 10:30AM

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abbotsford, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
