Position: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm **Salary**: $19.45/hour **Responsibilities**: - Reporting directly to the Lead Hand or Supervisor- Achieving productivity targets.- Ensuring orders are finished according to shipping schedules.- Build up the order pallets, load the pallets into the truck after picking.- Working together with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.- Ensuring products are shipped and received to specifications. Essential Skills and Qualifications- Unrestricted availability to work 40+ hours per week (no part-time)- Frequently operate a forklift, pallet jack, hand jack, and other equipment to load, unload transport, and store goods.- Forklift Certification (Battery), and Forklift Certification (Propane) is an asset (Training can be provided).- Strong Attention to detail.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Accountable and Dependable.- Self motivated and have the desire to improve continuously.- Frequent lifting, pushing & pulling up to 50 lbs.- Frequent bending/stooping.
