Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Assist in merchandising and displaying products to attract customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Bilingual skills (English and [other language]) are an asset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
