PupTown Waterloo is a small business in Waterloo, ON. Our goal is to find a dynamic, talented, experienced and patient individual to provide professional Dog Grooming services. Puptown is the fastest growing dog business in the region and the client base is filled with amazing dog owners with non-aggressive dogs. We are looking for an individual with only professional dog grooming experience. We are open to various ideas - straight hourly wages, commission or rent the space. Grooming appointments have the added bonus of flexibility because we have the daycare so dogs are already onsite. If you are looking to continue your career in dog grooming, in a place that has the most amazing clientele and existing staff, where you can basically set your own hours, days of the week etc. we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities**:

- Groom dogs
- Bathe dogs
- Clean kennels
- Clean and maintain all grooming tools
- Maintain a clean work space
- Communicate with clients and fellow staff
- Depending on the arrangement, be responsible for ordering applicable supplies
- File and maintain records
- Assist with Point of sale - Billing and collection of payment
- Pet shop work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. *MUST have min. 1 year experience in a professional dog grooming setting.
- Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility.
- Demonstrate a high degree of cooperation.
- Demonstrate aptitude for work with animals
- Assist with any other duties as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week
