Bartender/host

**Overview**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your excellent customer service skills and attention to detail will help set the tone for an enjoyable visit.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently, ensuring timely seating for all guests.
- Provide menus and inform guests about specials or promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Assist with basic math tasks related to guest checks and cash handling as needed.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour
