**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Position**:Commercial Cleaner / Full-Time**

Job Type**:Full Time / 8-Hour Shift**

Wage**:$18.00per hour**

Schedule**: 07:30am
- 4:00pm / MONDAY - FRIDAY /**5 Days (40 Hours) a week

Location**:SE Calgary / Fixed**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities by following established cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall operations.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in cleaning is a plus.
- Floor autoscrubber experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff and clients.
