Sales Associate

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Support inventory management through restocking shelves and managing product displays.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, including multilingual capabilities being a plus.
- Experience in technical sales or product demos is advantageous.
- Proven ability to upsell products and drive sales results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
