**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Follow the Care Plan, Tasks, and Daily Activities as assigned for each client;
- Ensure that you bring the Nurse Next Door: “_Passionate about making a Difference” mentality to each visit;_
- Provide proper communication between yourself, the Care Team, and Supervisors to ensure Quality of Care is maintained;
- Successfully and Comprehensively Document Care Notes as Indicated.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- **Negative Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector within 1 year**:

- 2 professional references
- **Current HCA Registration proof**:

- **Covid Vaccination Proof**:

- Able to work multiple shifts of 4 - 8 hours in length in 2 or more of the following cities: DELTA, SURREY, LANGLEY, ABBOTSFORD, AND CHILLIWACK

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

**Expected hours**: 4 - 40 per week
