**THE ROLE**
As a **Door-to-Door Marketer & Estimate Setter**, you’ll be in the field, face-to-face with homeowners, starting conversations, planting seeds of trust, and booking estimate appointments for our painting services.
It’s not easy work. But it’s simple:

**REQUIREMENTS**
- You must be **hungry to improve** and comfortable being coached.
- You must be **resilient**—weather, rejection, or tough days don’t shake you.
- You must have **reliable transportation** to canvassing locations.
- You must be able to **communicate**and connect with people.
**THE PATH AHEAD**
D2D is the spring board to all other roles and promotions within the company. We promote from within. Everyone starts here, and works their way up in the following roles.
- D2D Team Lead ($30 - $40 per hour)
- Sales Representative ($80k - $120k annual)
- Production Manager ($80 - $120k annual)
- General Manager ($100 - $150k annual)
- and eventually, Company Partner.
We grow leaders from within. There’s no ceiling for those who continue showing reliability, commitment to growth, and extreme ownership.
**THE DETAILS**
- **Part-Time**: 10-35 hrs/week
- **Shifts**: Day, Evening, Weekends available
- **Pay**: $17.50 per hour base salary + $10 bonus per lead + $20 per booked estimate
- **Location**: Waterloo Region (must commute)
